THUMBNAIL DESIGNER (666 MEDIA) ABOUT US We're 666 Media, a video production company running a portfolio of YouTube channels. We produce 600+ videos every month and launch new channels every week. On YouTube, the thumbnail decides whether a video lives or dies. That's why this seat matters as much as any other in our company. THE ROLE We're hiring a thumbnail designer for our creepy / mystery niche channels. Our thumbnails are high-end: heavy Photoshop work combined with AI tools, at the quality level of the biggest channels in the space. But here's the part that matters more than design skill: strategy. Our philosophy is simple. A great thumbnail is not invented from scratch. A great thumbnail comes from studying the patterns that are already working in the niche right now, and mixing multiple winning patterns together into one image. Pattern research first, design second. If you only design what you personally like, this role is not for you. If you obsess over what's getting clicks this month and build on top of it, keep reading. Your responsibilities: • Study top-performing thumbnails in the niche on an ongoing basis • Identify the patterns behind them (composition, faces, lighting, text, color, emotion) • Combine multiple proven patterns into original, high-CTR thumbnails • Deliver clean, high-resolution files with fast turnaround • Take feedback and iterate quickly PAY $25 per thumbnail. Consistent volume, long-term work. We launch channels weekly, so great designers get more and more work with us. WHO IS ELIGIBLE This role is only for designers with proven experience. • You have designed thumbnails for channels in similar niches (creepy, mystery, horror, paranormal, caught-on-camera) • You have a proven track record of delivering results: CTR improvements, viral videos, channel growth you contributed to • You can show the actual thumbnails and the channels they ran on If you don't have experience in similar niches or can't show real results, please do not apply.
