FEA Static Stress Simulation for PCBA during pogo pin test

Job Description: We are looking for an experienced FEA specialist to perform Static Stress simulations for our PCBA test fixtures. Scope of Work: Perform Static Stress (FEA) simulation for PCBA under pogo pin testing conditions. Set up realistic support and load conditions inside the fixture, including pogo pins, pushrod, boardstop, push block, spring-loaded push block, and tooling pins. We will provide DXF files for the fixture components and board (plus any additional coordinates or load information). Deliverables: Complete FEA simulation results Professional Simulation Report with clear visuals Clear summary of findings and any recommended adjustments Requirements: Strong expertise in Static Stress / FEA simulations Ability to communicate clearly with our engineering team (explain results, discuss findings, and incorporate feedback) Ability to deliver clean, professional reports with good visuals Fast turnaround (typically 1–2 days per study) Excellent English communication This is an ongoing opportunity — we regularly design new test fixtures, so consistent quality and reliability are very important. Budget: Fixed price per simulation study.
