Facebook Ads Expert — Creatives Not Displaying, Invalid Format Error, Multiple Ad Accounts

Hey there — I'm having a massive issue where Facebook will not display any of my ad creatives. Instead of showing my actual images, it just displays my Page's profile picture, and I'm getting an "invalid format" error across the board. Out of 15 creatives, I've only been able to get 3 to actually display properly. I've tested this across 2 different Business Managers and 5 different ad accounts total, and the issue persists every time — so this doesn't seem to be a one-off account problem. I'm looking for someone with deep, hands-on Meta Ads Manager experience who has dealt with this specific kind of delivery/rendering issue before — not general troubleshooting, but someone who actually knows the root cause and can fix it.
