Facebook Marketing & Lead Generation Virtual Assistant (Long-Term Opportunity)

Hello! I'm a business and life coach looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help support the Facebook marketing side of my coaching business. The primary goal of this role is to help me consistently attract qualified women entrepreneurs into my free Facebook community while keeping my Facebook marketing activities running smoothly. I'll provide the training, scripts, daily content, and processes. I'm looking for someone who is organized, dependable, and can complete daily tasks consistently. This is a long-term opportunity for the right person. Responsibilities -Create daily posts in approved Facebook groups (I will provide the daily content). -Identify and invite qualified women entrepreneurs from my target audience to join my free Facebook community (training, scripts, and target audience criteria will be provided). -Send daily Facebook outreach messages to interested leads using my provided scripts. -Schedule posts inside my Facebook group (I will provide the content). -Track outreach and invitations in a simple spreadsheet. Looking for a long-term working relationship. Compensation This is a task-based position, not an hourly position. Current compensation includes: $3.00 for every 50 qualified Facebook invitations sent. -Additional compensation for Facebook posting, Facebook outreach, scheduling content, and other recurring tasks. I'll review the complete pay structure during the interview. Hours Approximately 10-12 hours per week to start. Training I will provide: Step-by-step training. Scripts and templates. Daily content. Ongoing support and feedback.
