Fashion Designer & Tech Pack Creator for Techno Rave Techwear Brand

I am looking for an experienced fashion designer to help me launch a new techwear clothing brand specifically engineered for the techno rave scene. The aesthetic is utilitarian, tactical, and cyberpunk, but with a massive emphasis on functionality—the garments must be breathable, allow for high mobility (dancing), and feature secure storage. What I need done: Concept Designs: Design a capsule collection of 10 unique pieces (e.g., modular cargo pants, tactical vests, tshirts, breathable shell jackets, or harnesses). Production-Ready Tech Packs: Create comprehensive tech packs for every garment. This must include detailed flat CAD sketches, measurements/sizing grading, construction details, and a complete Bill of Materials (BOM). Trims & Hardware Specs: Specific callouts for techwear elements (e.g., Cobra buckles, waterproof zippers, 3M reflective taping, adjustable webbing). Fabric Sourcing Recommendations: Suggestions for technical fabrics that look heavy-duty but are lightweight/breathable enough for rave environments. Ideal Candidate Profile: You have a strong portfolio in techwear, gorpcore, streetwear, or performance activewear. You have verifiable experience creating factory-ready tech packs. Location Preference: I highly prefer designers based in China (or those with direct ties to Chinese garment manufacturing). The goal is to manufacture in China, so having a designer who understands the local fabric markets (for technical nylons, ripstop, etc.) and factory standards is a huge plus.
