Draft a final Feasibility Study & Workforce Roadmap report (approx. 15–20 pages), written for a CalFwd/ California Workforce Development Department/ EDD funders /coalition audience 5. Light support presentation summary of findings - Deliverables: 1. Evaluation framework/methodology memo 2. Workforce/labor-market mapping summary 3. Final Feasibility Study & Workforce Roadmap report 4. Slide or one-pager summarizing key findings - Ideal skills & experience: Background in workforce development research, program evaluation, or labor-market analysis Experience writing feasibility studies or evaluation reports for nonprofits, CBOs, or grant-funded programs Comfortable synthesizing qualitative data (interviews, listening sessions) alongside quantitative/labor-market data. Familiarity with California workforce systems, Imperial Valley/Southern Border Region, or rural/bilingual community contexts is a strong plus Spanish/English bilingual a plus, not required Strong, clear writing for a non-academic, funder-facing audience - To apply, please include: 1. A short note on relevant feasibility study, evaluation, or workforce-research experience 2. A writing sample or link to a past report (can be redacted/excerpted) *Note if you have California/Imperial Valley/Southern Border Region context 3. Your availability over the next 6–8 weeks
