About Us JohnWheels Transportation is a growing transportation company pursuing federal government contracting opportunities, including VA (Veterans Affairs) Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) contracts. We are currently preparing a response to a VA solicitation for transportation services and need an experienced government proposal professional to assist with preparing a compliant, competitive response.
