Female DM Setters for Coaches

Our whole thing is the one promise every agency makes and almost none of them keep: DMs that actually sound like the coach, not like a script. We're hiring a female DM setter for one of our clients, a health coach with a strong brand on Instagram and LinkedIn. Her audience loves her because she sounds like a real person. Your job is to keep her sounding like a real person in the DMs. What you'll do: → Set calls in the DMs for our client, on Instagram and LinkedIn → Have real, warm, genuine conversations, the way women actually talk to each other → Follow up consistently, without ever once using "just checking in" energy → Acknowledge what a lead said, ask good questions, and move things forward without pressure → Represent her brand like an ambassador, not a rep working a list What we're looking for: → Proven experience setting calls in the DMs (show us, don't just tell us) → Excellent written English with real warmth, rhythm, and personality → A woman who genuinely knows how to talk to women → Someone allergic to bro sales, copy-paste scripts, and pressure tactics → Reliable, communicative, and solid with follow-through across time zones What this is NOT: → Lead gen or cold outreach (we work the warm leads she already has) → Mass-messaging, spamming, or running a script → A role for anyone whose go-to opener is "Hey hun, want to hop on a call?" How to apply: Skip the generic cover letter. Instead, tell us about a time you turned a cold or awkward DM into a booked call, and paste a few of the actual lines you sent. We care way more about how you talk than how your resume reads. Bonus: tell us one thing you think is wrong with how most setters run DMs. If your answer makes us nod, you're already ahead.
