Female Video Presenter & Brand Representative (No Experience Required - Spanish Required)

I run a marketing agency targeting influencers on Instagram and YouTube in the Spanish market who sell coaching programs, and I need a fluent Spanish speaker to help me demonstrate and sell my services using a script provided by my team. No prior skills are required other than being fluent in Spanish. Responsibilities 1)Record 4–6 minute Loom videos demonstrating our marketing services to other Instagram and YouTube influencers using scripts provided by our team. Most of the scripts are very similar, so much of the content can be reused. 2) Attend a 15-minute discovery call and a 30-minute sales call for prospects who respond positively to the Loom video. During the 15-minute discovery call, she will simply be present and will not be expected to participate. During the 30-minute sales call, she will present a 10-minute portion of the offer using a prepared script. The presentation is largely the same for each call. We schedule a maximum of one sales call per day and typically close one client for every two sales calls. 3) She will be presented as a business partner rather than a virtual assistant. Compensation: 1) $1 per minute of recorded Loom video. 2) $1 per minute spent on sales calls, plus a 25% commission on deals closed through prospects who were contacted via Instagram or email using her Loom videos. Typical commissions range from $250 to $1,000+ per client. On average, we close one client for every 30–50 prospects we contact. Schedule: Flexible schedule, with a maximum commitment of 2 hours per day. Requirements: Fluent Spanish speaker. No prior marketing or sales experience is required.
