Field Marketer (Events and Partnerships) — Europe Leadriver is the marketing bridge for companies outside Europe that want to break into the European market. We work with ambitious businesses across a range of industries, from manufacturing and packaging to technology and consumer products, and we get their brand in front of the right people in Europe. We are looking for a Field Marketer to be our presence on the ground at business events across the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and potentially other European markets. The role: This is a people-first role that gets you out of the office and into the room. You will represent our international client at trade shows, conferences and industry events, build genuine relationships, and open doors in the European market on their behalf. What you will do: - Attend business events, trade shows and conferences across the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany, with other markets as we grow - Represent our clients professionally, as the face of their brand in the room - Network actively, start conversations, and build relationships with potential European partners and buyers - Learn the client's offering well enough to recognise genuine interest and real potential - Capture qualified contacts and market insight and pass them back to our team and clients - Stay in touch with the people you meet so relationships keep building between events Who you are: - A natural networker who is energised by meeting people and working a room. - Comfortable walking into a room and starting conversations. - Based in or near the Netherlands, Belgium or Germany, and happy to travel across the region for events - Fluent in English, with Dutch and or German a strong advantage - Organised and self-driven, able to run your own event calendar and follow-ups - Curious and commercially aware. Nice to have: - A background in events, marketing, partnerships, business development or lead generation. - An existing network in one or more European markets - Comfort in B2B environments What we offer: - Variety: different events across Europe - Autonomy: you own your event schedule and your relationships - Travel across Europe and a front-row view of how international brands enter new markets - Hourly rate plus commission if the deal closes.
