Field Nation + Autotask PSA Workflow & Integration Specialist

Field Nation ↔ Autotask integration specialist (20 hours, must have used Field Nation's Autotask connector middleware for integration before) We're an MSP running Autotask (PSA) and dispatching field technicians through Field Nation. Using Field Nation's prebuilt Autotask connector, I've already got it creating an Autotask ticket when a Field Nation work order is created, and updating that ticket when the work order changes. What I'm looking for is someone who's done this specific integration before and can take us the rest of the way. Two things I need help with: 1. Finishing the configuration — mapping all the data we want to see flow into Autotask (we're partway there), and getting the field mappings/defaults right. 2. Strategy — I don't want to just make our current process work and miss the bigger picture. I want someone who can look at what we have, understand our business goals, and advise on the best way for these two systems to work together (one-way vs. bidirectional, which fields, avoiding sync loops, what's worth automating vs. not). I plan to buy 20 hours to accomplish the following: a review of our current setup, a best-practices recommendation tied to our goals, hands-on help completing the mappings and direction design, and ideally a short written runbook so we can replicate it in production. Screenshots or a reference are a plus. - How you handle setting static/default values on created tickets (e.g., AccountID, Queue, Status, Priority). - How you approach bidirectional sync without creating update loops. - Your availability and time zone.
