We are an established, premium sports equipment brand positioned in the high-ticket, rapid-growth racquet sports market. We have strong organic brand equity, an active community, and an elite product line featuring premium technical specifications with a high-end retail price point (~RM1,100+ / $250+ USD per unit). While our digital presence is growing, this sport is highly social and community-driven. We are looking for an energetic, well-connected Offline Field Sales Representative & Brand Ambassador based in Malaysia to drive direct sales, secure B2B pro-shop placements, and represent our brand footprint directly at local clubs, tournaments, and social sports events. This is a performance-driven role offering an uncapped 10% commission on all gross sales generated by your offline outreach. The Scope of Work Club & Community Outreach: Visit local Malaysian sports clubs, establish relationships with club managers, coaches, and local organizers, and pitch our products for pro-shop stocking or rental fleets. Demo Days & Event Activation: Host and organize local "demo days" where players can physically test our premium gear on the court, capturing high-intent buying interest on the spot. B2B Wholesaling & Retailing: Identify and close commercial sales opportunities with local sports shops, corporate groups, and tournament organizers. Direct-to-Consumer Sales: Leverage your personal network within the local sports or tennis/padel community to drive direct equipment sales. Compensation & Performance Structure We want a partner with skin in the game who has a genuine passion for sports and a strong local network. 1. 10% Gross Sales Commission: You will receive a 10% commission on the gross sales revenue of every transaction generated through your direct client acquisition or closed wholesale accounts for an initial 60-day performance window. The Math: At our premium price point, you earn roughly RM110+ ($25+ USD) per unit sold. Closing a bulk batch of 20 units to a club pro-shop or corporate group nets you a quick RM2,200+ payout, with zero ceiling. 2. Product & Marketing Support: We provide high-quality lifestyle marketing assets, technical product datasheets, and physical samples for demonstration purposes. 3. Payouts: Sales are tallied and verified transparently every 30 days and paid directly as a contract bonus through Upwork. Requirements Location: Must be physically living in Malaysia (Klang Valley/KL preferred to access major clubs). Network: Active player or heavily involved in the Malaysian tennis, padel, or premium sports community. Language: Fluent in English; ability to speak Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin is a major advantage for local commercial networking.
