Finance Analyst – Automation & Process Improvement

We are seeking a Finance Analyst with strong automation skills to support planning, reporting, analysis, and process optimization. Key Responsibilities Quotes and maintenance related to quotes. Automation projects (creating and maintaining tools for Invoicing, Sales Tax, Shipping Allocation, and similar). Ad hoc analysis Automation & Process Improvement Automate different processes and reports. Develop and maintain automated workflows: Excel VBA Power Query Power BI SQL Python Microsoft Power Automate Google Apps Script - Streamline data collection, reconciliation, and reporting processes. - Reduce manual effort and improve data accuracy through automation initiatives. Data Management & Business Intelligence Extract, clean, and transform large datasets. Build interactive dashboards and self-service reporting tools. Ensure data integrity and consistency across financial systems. Collaborate with stakeholders to define reporting requirements. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Finance, Operations, Sales, and Leadership teams. Translate business requirements into analytical and automation solutions. Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, or related field. 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or business finance. Advanced Excel skills including formulas, pivot tables, and data modeling. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
