Summary

We run a performance paid marketing agency in the affiliate space with 10–20 active clients. Money moves every single day — invoices out, invoices in, payments landing across multiple accounts and currencies. When finance is slow, our cashflow suffers. That's the problem you're here to solve. We're looking for a part-time finance manager to own: - Accounts payable and accounts receivable, end to end - Sending client invoices, tracking them, and chasing overdue payments - Receiving, checking, and processing invoices from partners and suppliers - Reconciling transactions across bank accounts and payment platforms - Liaising with multiple clients on billing, payment schedules, and deadlines - Flagging cashflow issues before they become problems Important: this is NOT a big time commitment, but it IS a daily one. Some days it's an hour of work, some days more. What we need is responsiveness — tasks handled same day, not "later this week." If you typically take days to reply, this role isn't for you. Availability during US business hours (full or at least partial overlap) is strongly preferred — that's when most of our clients and payments are moving. You should have: - Proven hands-on AP/AR and reconciliation experience - Experience juggling multiple clients or accounts while hitting deadlines - Clear, professional written English - Familiarity with accounting software and multi-currency payment platforms (Xero, QuickBooks, Wise, Airwallex, or similar) - Bonus: finance experience in an agency, affiliate, or ecommerce business This is an ongoing, long-term role for the right person.
