Finance Manager (Part-Time → Growth Opportunity) Rate: $40/hour Hours: Approximately 15–20 hours per week (with strong potential for growth) Location: Remote Start Date: Immediate We're a rapidly growing publishing company looking for an exceptionally organized Finance Manager to help oversee the financial side of our operations. While the role will begin at approximately 15–20 hours per week, we're scaling quickly, and there's significant opportunity for increased responsibility and hours over time. We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with numbers, creating order out of complexity, and keeping financial systems running smoothly. Responsibilities Preparing invoices and tracking payments Reconciling financial records Managing spreadsheets and financial reporting Organizing financial documentation Working extensively within Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Gmail, Drive) Responding to emails promptly and professionally Helping improve and streamline internal financial processes Assisting with additional administrative and finance-related tasks as needed Qualifications Exceptional attention to detail Strong analytical and organizational skills Advanced proficiency with spreadsheets (Google Sheets preferred) Excellent written English and professional email communication Highly reliable, responsive, and self-directed Able to manage multiple priorities with minimal oversight Experience in publishing is not required, though it's certainly a plus.
