Finance and Reporting Specialist

We are seeking a Finance and Reporting Specialist to help complete a structured performance overview in Google Sheets. We already have the reporting structure and data organized. The main task is to fill out the relevant fields, & review the financial data. All the calculations are made automatically. This is a relatively simple task, but it is time-consuming and requires strong attention to detail. Accuracy is very important, as the correct information needs to be entered in the right fields. We need it to help calculate our performance on our rental properties. The ideal candidate should have experience with financial reporting, accounting, budgeting, Excel/Google Sheets. You should be structured, careful, and able to work independently. This is not just a one time job. It will have to be done every single month, and if everything is going well then i have a lot more work that could turn in to a full time position. The salary will be about 6-9 USD/hour or fixed monthly.
