Finance-ops Professional for E-commerce

We're seeking a finance-ops professional experienced in reconciling Indian e-commerce marketplace settlements at scale. We're a fast-scaling Indian e-commerce seller in women's apparel, processing 40,000+ orders/month across Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho. This is a part-time, remote engagement to design and implement finance-ops practices, then hand them over to our office team. Scope: Payment reconciliation — match marketplace settlements against orders; flag short payments, fees, and discrepancies Return reconciliation — track returns against credits/reimbursements; identify unrecovered claims Expense tracking — structure and categorize operating expenses Master data development — build clean SKU/product/cost master datasets Process setup & documentation — leave us with repeatable SOPs and templates our team can run Automate GST Filing processes.
