Financial Analyst — Business Structuring (Remote, RU Required)

We're a boutique strategic management consulting firm. We structure companies for investment across multiple jurisdictions — and we need someone who can make sense of the numbers behind that structuring. You'll work directly with our Strategy Lead on portfolio companies operating internationally. This isn't data entry — it's judgment work. Local specialists hand us country-specific tax and legal input; you take those numbers, put them into a system, and tell us whether the picture actually holds together. What you'll do: - Analyze numbers and draw conclusions — our strategists and clients act on what you find. - Take numbers from local tax/legal specialists, structure them, and flag where the figures don't reconcile. - Build models and spreadsheets clean enough that someone else can open them and trust them immediately. You: Think in systems. When numbers don't reconcile, you dig until you know why. Present conclusions, not just data — we want your read on what it means, not a wall of cells. Work independently with context and a deadline. You own your own plan. Requirements: Fluent Russian (working language) Strong English Advanced Excel and Google Sheets Analytical background in finance Not required: country-specific tax knowledge — that's supplied by our local specialists. Compensation: €900/month base, plus performance bonuses per project. ~40–80 hrs/month. Tools provided. Compensation grows as the portfolio expands.
