Financial Analyst / Management Accountant

About Nubyen Nubyen is a doctor-formulated premium beauty and activewear brand operating across DTC, wholesale, and major retail in North America, Europe, and APAC. We move fast, we sell across multiple channels and currencies, and we're scaling. We need someone who can keep the financial engine sharp underneath all of it. The Role You'll own the numbers that drive decisions. This isn't a bookkeeping seat — it's a commercial finance role for someone who can connect cash, margin, and strategy. You'll report directly to the founder and work across DTC, wholesale, and retail. What you'll do Cash flow management — Build and maintain rolling cash flow forecasts across channels, currencies, and fulfillment partners. Flag pinch points before they happen. Product-level profitability — Track true margin on every SKU, factoring in COGS, freight, duties (DDP/FOB/EXW), retailer terms, and returns. Tell us which products actually make money. Margin improvement — Identify where we're leaking profit and where we can pull pricing, renegotiate supplier terms, or cut cost. Turn analysis into action. Financial risk — Surface exposure across FX, customer concentration, payment terms, inventory, and wholesale receivables. Build early-warning visibility. Reporting & dashboards — Maintain and evolve our multi-channel performance reporting (Shopify, retail POs, cashflow forecast, sales YTD) so leadership always sees the real picture. Commercial support — Pressure-test retailer deals, consignment terms, and new market entry (e.g. US) with hard numbers. What you bring Qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACCA / CIMA / ACA) or equivalent experience Strong grip on management accounting, cash flow forecasting, and margin analysis Comfortable with consumer/retail or e-commerce finance — multi-channel, multi-currency, inventory-based businesses Fluent in Excel/Sheets; bonus for Shopify, QuickBooks/Xero, and 3PL/inventory systems Commercially minded — you don't just report numbers, you tell us what to do about them Proactive, precise, and able to work independently in a fast-moving environment Why Nubyen You'll have real ownership and direct access to decision-making.
