I am seeking a financial controller / fractional CFO to help me establish the following for a) two real estate investing US LLCs and b) my personal finances and estate: - Strong bookkeeping and accounting practices - Monthly, quarterly, and annual meetings and reports - Recommendations on how to improve investments and reduce costs - Implementing reserves and distributions to LLC MEMBERS - Creating financial models

Deliverables

Develop reliable and accurate bookkeeping and accounting practices
Develop monthly / quarterly / annual reports and meetings
Develop financial models for the businesses and my personal finances
Develop regular recommendations on how to improve returns
Develop important recurring financial practices (like distributions and tax prep)
