Build Investor-Grade Financial Model for Hospitality / Cafe / Event Venue Startup (Real Estate + SBA Financing) Project Overview We are launching Gattos, a hospitality concept in Pasadena, California that combines: Premium cafe and coffee program Sandwich-focused food menu Beer and wine garden Private events and community programming Owner-occupied commercial real estate We are currently evaluating a property acquisition and need an experienced financial modeling consultant to build a fully integrated, investor-grade financial model that can support: SBA financing discussions Investor fundraising Internal decision making Long-term business planning This is not a generic startup model. Additional Note to Candidates This project is already partially scoped. We have substantial assumptions, operating plans, staffing models, revenue projections, buildout estimates, and capital planning work completed. We are looking for a professional who can organize, challenge, refine, and convert those assumptions into a lender-ready and investor-ready model. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic financial partner rather than simply an Excel builder.
