Financial Operations & Cash Flow Manager | Financial Modeling

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Financial Operations & Cash Flow Manager to help our growing company stay financially on track. We work with multiple contractors and projects at once, and we need someone who can oversee our cash flow, monitor profits and expenses, and help us understand whether the business is growing profitably. This role is extremely important in helping us track money coming in, money going out, contractor payments, project profitability, and overall financial goals. Responsibilities: Track all incoming revenue and outgoing expenses Monitor company cash flow and profitability Keep records organized and updated Track contractor payments and project-related expenses Create simple financial reports and dashboards Help forecast monthly revenue targets and financial goals Identify areas where the company may be overspending Work closely with the leadership team to ensure financial clarity Help us stay accountable to financial targets and growth goals Ideal Candidate: Experience with bookkeeping, financial operations, or cash flow management Strong understanding of business finances and profitability tracking Organized and highly detail-oriented Comfortable using spreadsheets and financial software Able to communicate financial insights in a simple and clear way Experience working with service-based businesses is a plus Goal of This Role: We want someone who can help us clearly understand the financial health of the company at all times, ensure we are profitable, and help us hit our revenue and cash flow goals consistently.
