It delivers end-to-end services across key domains including smart building automation, security and surveillance systems, audio-visual solutions, digital signage, and IT infrastructure. The company’s operations are limited to the Lebanese market, with a 2026-2027 mission to expand abroad, starting with KSA market. Scope of work: 1. Operating model and cost structure • Definition of entry operating model (local presence, partnerships, delivery model) • Estimation of setup costs (licensing, office, initial investments) • Breakdown of operating expenses (fixed and variable), including: o Salaries and staffing model o Rent and office operations o Fleet (vehicles, fuel, maintenance) o Administrative and support functions (legal, accounting, IT systems) o Commercial and marketing expenses o Insurance, telecom, and general overhead 2. Investment and capital requirements • Estimation of total capital required (setup + working capital) • Identification of funding options (self-funded, investor, strategic partner) 3. Financial model development • Revenue projections based on target segments and deal assumptions • Cost modeling (CAPEX and OPEX) • Profitability analysis (EBITDA, margins) • Cash flow projections and funding requirements • Break-even analysis and payback period • Sensitivity scenarios (best / base / downside cases)
