Job Opening: Financial Virtual Assistant About Us We are a fast-growing e-commerce brand generating €10,000 to €20,000 in daily revenue through TikTok Ads. With numbers moving this fast, financial oversight isn't optional — it's a requirement. We're looking for a precise, reliable Financial VA who understands that working with our numbers is one of the most critical responsibilities within the entire operation. One mistake can cost us thousands of euros. We need someone who gets that. What Will You Do? Maintain daily and monthly oversight of our cash flow — revenue, ad spend, refunds, team costs, chargebacks, and supplier costs. Check all incoming payments daily and make sure they are processed and tracked correctly. Track all chargebacks and refunds, ensuring they are correctly recorded and reported to the team. Produce clear, accurate daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports so the team always knows exactly where we stand. Proactively flag irregularities, unexpected costs, or patterns that could affect profitability. Identify opportunities to reduce costs or improve financial efficiency and bring them to management's attention. Work closely with the Customer Service Manager and Dispute Manager to ensure financial data around chargebacks and disputes is always up to date. Deliver all reports on time — no exceptions, no delays. What Do We Ask? Proven experience as a Financial VA, bookkeeper, or in a similar financial role — preferably within e-commerce. Exceptional accuracy. Numbers are your domain, and mistakes simply aren't acceptable in your work. Excellent command of English, both spoken and written. All communication with the team takes place in English and must be professional and precise. Organized and structured, able to manage recurring financial tasks without needing reminders. Discreet and trustworthy. You'll have access to sensitive financial data, and we need someone who carries that responsibility with the utmost professionalism. Quick to respond and proactive in communication — if something looks off, you report it immediately rather than waiting to be asked. Skilled with spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Excel) and ideally familiar with financial tools used in e-commerce environments. Reliable and consistent.
