Fire Engineer for HMO Projects

We are a UK property development company seeking an experienced Fire Engineer for two immediate HMO projects, with the opportunity for ongoing work across our property portfolio. The role involves designing AOV, smoke ventilation, and smoke extract systems for two HMOs, including calculations, specifications, and technical documentation in line with current Building Regulations, British Standards, and relevant guidance for submission to Building Control and the London Fire Brigade. We are also looking to establish an ongoing relationship with a Fire Engineer who can provide fire-safety design, technical advice, and support for future residential and mixed-use developments.
