We’re looking for a YouTube Growth & Strategy Expert to help scale a fitness brand focused on training, shredded physiques, mindset, nutrition, and transformation content. This role is not just about uploading videos. We need someone who understands YouTube growth strategy, audience psychology, conversion systems, and how to drive qualified traffic from YouTube to a landing page and offers. You should understand how to turn viewers into leads, email subscribers, and potential coaching clients through strong content positioning, SEO, thumbnails, titles, retention strategies, CTAs, funnels, and YouTube optimization.
