Fix Google Sheet CRM

We are looking for someone experienced with Google Sheets, Google Apps Script, and CRM/integration troubleshooting to help review and fix our existing CRM system. Our CRM is currently built in Google Sheets for a childcare business with 9 centres, soon to be 11. Each centre has its own CRM tab within one Google Sheets file. The system has previously been integrated with other platforms, including Dialpad and other Google Forms, and uses Google Apps Script to manage some of the automation. The CRM was originally built by a previous staff member who has now left the business. Since then, we have run into several issues, including: - Staff moving columns around, which has caused some integrations and automations to break - Integration issues for one centre that recently went through a rebrand - General errors across some CRM tabs that need to be identified and fixed - Difficulty understanding how the existing scripts and integrations are connected We need someone who can review the current CRM, compare the working tabs against the tabs with issues, identify what is broken, and help fix small errors and integration problems. Ideally, you will also be able to explain the setup clearly so we can better manage it going forward. The right person should have experience with: - Google Sheets CRM systems - Google Apps Script - Troubleshooting broken formulas, scripts, and automations - Integrations between Google Sheets and third-party platforms - Reviewing systems built by someone else and identifying issues This may start as a small troubleshooting project, but there could be ongoing work as we continue to expand and add more childcare centres.
