Flat-fee quote: 2 trademark applications, Class 3, foreign applicant

I'm seeking a flat-fee quote to file two U.S. trademark applications. Details: - Applicant: a Delaware C-Corp, but the company is foreign-domiciled (principal place of business and founders are outside the U.S.). I understand U.S. attorney representation is required. - Marks: (1) a standard character word mark, and (2) a design/logo mark. Two separate applications. - Class: International Class 3 (liquid soap and shower gel). - Basis: Section 1(b), intent-to-use (pre-revenue). Please quote your all-in attorney flat fee and answer: 1. Do you handle foreign-domiciled applicants, and will you appear as attorney of record? 2. Is a clearance search included? Full or knockout? 3.
