I’m a founder, scientist, and single mother of two, running multiple businesses at the intersection of behavioral science, strategic communication, and public relations. My world is fast, complex, and creative — and I’m looking for someone who can help me stay organized, efficient, and focused while maximizing the power of AI. This is not a role for someone who needs handholding or long check-ins. It is for someone who can operate autonomously, intelligently, and intuitively, using and recommending tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Google Workspace, Ideogram, Descript, and whatever it takes in this rapidly changing tech world to support our evolving work. 🧠 Ideal Candidate • AI-fluent — you are a power-user of ChatGPT, Claude, and similar tools. • High-autonomy thinker — you can identify what needs doing without waiting to be told. • Exceptionally good at written communication and can mirror tone and style. • Comfortable in a fast-moving, idea-rich environment. • Naturally organized, systematic, and allergic to inefficiency. • Not looking for a “friendly back-and-forth” job — you prefer clarity, impact, and momentum. • COMFORTABLE USING / LEARNING WHATEVER TECH TOOL IT TAKES TO GET THE JOB DONE 🎯 Core Responsibilities • Listen to audio notes or Voxer messages and turn them into clear, actionable drafts, communications, or tasks. • Handle executive logistics: travel booking, itinerary management, vendor coordination, scheduling, and executive support tasks. • Support project management, ensuring moving parts across business, home, and partnerships stay aligned. • Conduct online research, summarize findings, and make recommendations. • Manage inboxes and calendars with attention to detail and prioritization logic. • Draft a range of content and support content publishing across a range of media platforms. • Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Trello, etc.) to streamline workflows, draft content, and automate repetitive processes. • Anticipate needs and follow through without needing micromanagement. 🧠 Ideal Candidate • An AI-native assistant — you use LLMs daily to make work faster, better, and smarter. • Comfortable supporting a busy executive who works verbally and conceptually. • Naturally systems-oriented — you think in terms of structure, optimization, and flow. • Skilled in classic EA work (travel, scheduling, research, vendor management) but augmented by AI efficiency. • An exceptional communicator who can match tone, context, and intent in writing. • Able to manage multiple streams of work with confidentiality and discretion. • Calm under pressure and capable of self-direction in a fast-moving, intellectually demanding environment. • Comfortable managing multiple content posting environments across web, social, Substack, etc. 🔍 Engagement Details • Part-time (10–20 hrs/week) to start, with potential for full-time growth. • Work is mostly asynchronous — voice notes, email, and written updates vs. constant calls. • Must be fluent in English and highly comfortable interpreting voice-based directions. • Pay commensurate with experience and initiative.
