AI-Fluent Virtual Assistant – E-commerce Brand

We’re a US-based clean beauty company looking for a sharp, resourceful assistant to support our team part-time (with strong potential to grow into full-time). Your main work will be professional email communication with our retail and wholesale partners, keeping projects organized and on track in our project management system (Monday.com), and figuring things out independently — which is why we care a lot about AI fluency: you should be comfortable using tools like ChatGPT or Claude daily to work faster, solve problems, and produce polished work without waiting for instructions. Fluent written English is a must, as nearly all communication is email-based. No prior beauty industry experience needed — we’re hiring for intelligence, communication skills, and the ability to learn quickly. Starting at up to $10/hour depending on experience, roughly 20 hours/week to start, with growth opportunity for the right person.
