Follow up Caller

We are a growing marketing agency that generates high-quality leads for our clients. Your job is simple: As soon as a new lead comes in (e.g. through a form submission or freebie download), you call the lead within 5 minutes, ask a few pre-qualification questions, and book a qualified appointment directly into our client's calendar. Your responsibilities: Call new leads within 5 minutes of submission Follow a simple qualification script Ask a few key questions to qualify the lead Schedule qualified appointments Update the CRM with the call outcome Requirements: Fluent German (spoken) Friendly, confident and professional on the phone Reliable and responsive Previous appointment setting or customer service experience is a plus This is not a sales/closing role. Your only goal is to qualify interested leads and book appointments. The final sales call is handled by our clients.
