Food Consultant for Product Formulation

I am seeking a food consultant/scientist to assist with product formulation and provide guidance on FSANZ and HACCP guidelines. The ideal candidate will have experience in food science and regulatory compliance, ensuring that our products meet all necessary standards. This role requires an intermediate level of proficiency and involves working closely with the team to develop high-quality food products. You should have experience with one or more of the following: - Food technology - Powdered beverage formulation - Freeze-dried fruit/vegetable products - Functional foods or wellness beverages - Nutrition labelling - FSANZ / Australian food compliance - HACCP or food safety systems - Product development for CPG / FMCG brands Experience with Australian or New Zealand food regulations is strongly preferred.
