Founder’s Associate / Executive Assistant [EXECUTION / OPERATIONS]
Worldwide
Eleniak is recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing 8-figure UK men’s fashion e-commerce brand. The brand is on track to scale to 9 figures over the next 2 years. You’ll work directly with the founder as their right hand. The founder built the company from the ground up into a brand with significant traction. On any given week the founder is switching between finance, marketing, brand, creative and operations. They move fast and set direction, but the constant context-switching and admin pulls them away from the growth and strategy work that actually moves the business. We’re looking for a trusted right hand to take that off their plate. This is NOT a traditional assistant role. The founder usually sets the goal or the direction. Your job is to figure out the path and get it done, then come back with a shortlist, a recommendation, or a finished output. The work is diverse and changes weekly depending on what’s live. Typical tasks include: • Managing and filtering the founder’s inbox day-to-day — surfacing what genuinely needs them and handling the rest. • Driving projects from rough start to finish — e.g. taking a brand identity project from moodboard, researching and reaching out to design/brand agencies, gathering proposals, and shortlisting the top three for the founder to meet. • Coordinating with accountants and tax advisors — gathering and submitting documentation for entity registrations (VAT, corporation tax) across the UK and Europe, and lining up meetings quickly when something’s urgent. • Tracking key business and marketing metrics — spotting when something looks off and flagging it to the founder or creative strategist with a recommended next step. • Researching and comparing tools, vendors and suppliers, then recommending the best option. • Turning messy ideas, notes or voice memos into clear, structured plans. • Setting up accounts, access and the admin scaffolding that keeps everything moving. Project management & execution • Own the project management process across key business initiatives, ensuring projects remain on track, stakeholders are aligned, and deadlines are met. • Maintain a live overview of all strategic projects, identifying risks, delays, and blockers before they become problems. • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across marketing, operations, finance, product, and external partners. Process improvement • Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and recurring problems within the business and propose solutions. • Create systems, documentation, and processes that improve operational effectiveness and decision-making. • Help implement scalable ways of working as the company continues to grow. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution. You’ll gain exposure to virtually every area of a high-growth e-commerce business, including marketing, finance, operations, product development, international expansion, hiring, and leadership. Who you are • You have a marketing and/or e-commerce background — a lot of what we do is marketing-led, so you understand the world we operate in. • You’re comfortable with UK and international business admin (tax, VAT, entity setup) — or sharp enough to get up to speed fast without needing every step explained. • You have an eye for data and numbers. You don’t need to be an analyst, but you can look at key metrics and draw a sensible conclusion. • You’re a self-starter with an entrepreneurial streak — ideally you’ve tried to build something yourself, or you’re someone who thrives on initiative rather than being told exactly what to do. • You’re trustworthy, organised, and reliable with sensitive information and busy diaries. • You learn new tools quickly and figure things out independently. Tools & working style You should already be comfortable with software and AI tools, and confident learning new ones. You research solutions independently and experiment to figure things out. If you prefer detailed step-by-step instructions for every task, this role probably isn’t the right fit. You’ll be set up properly: a short daily catch-up (15–30 mins) with the founder to align and screen-share where needed, then you run with it. Onboarding and processes are supported, you won’t be left to sink. Hours & location Starting at roughly 25–30 hours per week. The workload is diverse by nature. Some days are five or six hours, others are thirty minutes, so flexibility matters more than fixed hours. Strong potential to grow into a full-time, long-term role as the relationship develops. Dubai-based preferred (in-person makes onboarding and quick screen-shares easier), but open to strong remote candidates who can run a daily stand-up. How to apply Keep your answer short. Reply with: • One example of something you’ve built, improved, or organised - ideally in e-commerce, marketing, or operations. • The most useful AI tool or workflow you personally use each week. • A line on your familiarity with UK / Western business or e-commerce (it helps us know where you’re starting from).
