Founder's Associate / Operations Manager

About Me I'm an entrepreneur rebuilding after intentionally consolidating several successful businesses over the past few years. I've built companies ranging from large online communities and e-commerce brands to digital media, real estate, and content businesses. After stepping back to avoid burnout, I'm now launching several new ventures with a much stronger long-term vision. I'm looking for someone who wants to become my right-hand person—not just another freelancer. We'll start with one project to make sure we're a good fit. If we work well together, you'll gradually become involved across multiple companies and play a key role in helping build them. First Project We'll begin with a small-batch launch of a premium jewelry brand. The product concept and manufacturing direction are already underway. I'm intentionally keeping the details confidential until we've established a working relationship. Your role won't be to invent the product—it will be to help turn it into a successful launch. This first project is designed as a trial for both of us. If we work well together, you'll become involved across several additional businesses and long-term ventures. For this project, responsibilities may include: Helping build and launch a Shopify website Organizing the product launch timeline Coordinating with manufacturers and suppliers Researching packaging and fulfillment options Helping source products and materials when needed Managing freelancers or specialists when appropriate Organizing product information, assets, and documentation Creating systems that keep everything moving efficiently Helping implement AI tools and automation where they make sense Identifying problems before they become bottlenecks I can introduce you to my existing factory relationships, but I want someone who can help coordinate, organize, communicate, and keep every moving piece progressing. The goal is simple: Take an idea that already exists and help turn it into a polished, launch-ready business. If the first project is successful, you'll have the opportunity to help build several additional brands and businesses over the coming years. Future Projects Projects you'll eventually help oversee may include: Premium consumer brands Shopify e-commerce businesses Luxury product launches Real estate projects Music and media ventures Content creation Manufacturing coordination Product sourcing Marketing campaigns AI workflow implementation Business operations Every week will be different. Your Role I'm looking for someone who enjoys solving problems and making things happen. Responsibilities may include: Managing projects from idea to completion Keeping projects organized and moving forward Building systems and improving workflows Coordinating designers, developers, manufacturers, and freelancers Researching suppliers, software, and opportunities Communicating professionally with overseas vendors Creating SOPs and documentation Organizing Notion, ClickUp, Airtable, or similar platforms Assisting with marketing launches Helping prioritize what should happen next Taking ownership instead of waiting for instructions My goal is to focus on high-level strategy while you help ensure execution actually happens. I'm not looking for someone who waits to be told every next step. I'm looking for someone who enjoys saying: "I already took care of it." Ideal Qualifications Required: Excellent written and spoken English Strong organizational skills Experience supporting founders, startups, or growing businesses Shopify experience Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude Strong research skills Excellent attention to detail Self-starter with strong problem-solving ability Bonus Skills: Shopify development Branding Product sourcing Manufacturing Supplier management Klaviyo Email marketing Paid advertising Graphic design Video editing Social media management Notion ClickUp Airtable Zapier or automation tools You do not need every skill listed above. I'm much more interested in hiring someone who is intelligent, resourceful, organized, and willing to learn than someone who checks every technical box. What I'm Looking For Someone who is: Extremely organized Honest Dependable Resourceful Curious Calm under pressure Fast learner Proactive Comfortable wearing multiple hats Excited about helping build companies from the ground up Ownership is far more important to me than years of experience. Compensation We'll begin on an hourly basis while we determine whether we're a great long-term fit. If things go well, I'm happy to increase responsibility, compensation, and potentially offer profit-sharing or other long-term incentives tied to specific businesses or projects. Many of my previous long-term partners have grown into much larger roles over time. I'm looking for someone interested in building something meaningful—not simply completing tasks. How We'll Work We'll use project management software such as Notion or ClickUp to keep everything organized. Communication and transparency are important to me. Rather than micromanaging, I care about ownership, initiative, communication, and results. Paid Trial Before committing to a long-term relationship, I'll likely invite finalists to complete a short paid trial project. This helps both of us determine whether we're a good fit.
