Founder Associate / Program Designer (Strategic Initiatives)

Turn Big Ideas Into Real Businesses I'm looking for a rare person... Someone who loves taking a founder's ideas and turning them into real products, programs, systems, and businesses that people actually use. This is not an operations role. This is not a project management role. This is a builder's role. You'll work directly with me (the Founder/CEO) to design, prototype, test, and launch new initiatives before handing them to our Operations team to scale. If you enjoy creating things that didn't exist yesterday, keep reading. Our business is at the intersection of real estate, AI, and education. Every few weeks you'll be working on something new. Examples include: - Creating AI-powered business workflows and tools. - Developing new client services from concept to launch. - Creating operating systems that improve how clients run their businesses - Creating innovative events and educational formats Coordinating with AI developers, marketers, and operations leaders to bring ideas to market. You're building Version 1 of something that could eventually become a major part of our company. You'll rarely be doing the same thing twice. You'll work directly with me, the founder... I think fast. Ideas come constantly. Sometimes they're incomplete. Sometimes they're ambitious. Your job isn't to tell me why they won't work. Your job is to understand what I'm trying to accomplish and help make it real. You'll also collaborate with our marketing leader, AI developers, operations leaders, and front-line staff to move ideas from concept to execution.
