About Us & Your Role We're building and scaling high-growth e-commerce brands. And we're hiring a Founder Associate to become the founder's right hand. This is not a traditional Executive Assistant role. You won't be managing calendars all day or handling simple administrative tasks. Instead, you'll work directly with the founder across virtually every area of the business and personal life: Operations Marketing Recruiting Finance Systems AI & Automation Research Project Management Special Projects Personal Tasks One day you may be helping build a Notion workspace for the company. The next day you may be helping hire a key team member. The next day you may be researching new software, building a reporting dashboard, coordinating a product launch, solving an operational issue, or executing a project that nobody else owns. The goal is simple: Become the person the founder can trust with virtually anything. Key Responsibilities Act as the founder's right hand, helping execute projects, solve problems, and drive initiatives across both the business and personal life. Take ownership of projects from idea through completion, ensuring deadlines are met, stakeholders are followed up with, and nothing falls through the cracks. Support initiatives across marketing, operations, finance, recruiting, customer experience, and other areas of the organization as needed. Build and improve systems, processes, documentation, trackers, automations, and AI workflows that increase organizational efficiency. Conduct research, analysis, and problem-solving to support decision-making and identify opportunities for improvement. Maintain organizational accountability by managing priorities, tracking projects, coordinating with team members, and ensuring commitments are completed. Handle select personal responsibilities that maximize founder effectiveness, including scheduling, travel, research, purchasing, and special projects. Proactively identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities, and take initiative to improve execution across the company. Requirements 3+ years of experience in an operations, executive assistant, project management, founder associate, chief of staff, business operations, or similar role. 2+ years of experience working with a Shopify-based e-commerce or DTC brand. Strong proficiency with Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel Comfortable using AI tools Exceptional ownership and follow-through. Strong organizational and project management skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Extremely responsive and reliable. Able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Highly resourceful and capable of figuring things out independently. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Available to work within U.S. business hours and willing to provide occasional evening and weekend support when necessary.
