Summary

I am looking for a highly organised, discreet and emotionally intelligent assistant to support me as I transition into the US and build a women’s health-tech startup. This is a hybrid personal assistant, founder assistant and lifestyle support role. The work is not technically difficult, but it requires excellent judgement, responsiveness, trust, calmness and genuine care. **Responsibilities include:** * Helping me get set up in the US across admin, appointments, travel, rentals, services and day-to-day logistics * Coordinating with immigration lawyers and helping organise visa-related documents, deadlines and appointments * Researching apartments, short-term rentals, neighbourhoods, services and lifestyle needs * Managing calendar, bookings, reminders, follow-ups and personal admin * Supporting startup-related tasks such as research, scheduling, founder operations, investor/admin preparation and vendor coordination * Being available on WhatsApp during agreed hours for quick questions, logistics and urgent support * Helping create calm, structure and momentum during a busy transition period **The right person is:** * Highly responsive and reliable * Warm, calm and practical * Strong at admin, research and follow-through * Discreet with personal and business information * Comfortable working with a founder whose life and business are moving quickly * Good at solving small problems without needing constant instruction * Based in or familiar with NYC, Boston, the Bay Area or US relocation logistics * Emotionally intelligent, but still professional This role would suit someone who has worked as a personal assistant, executive assistant, founder assistant, lifestyle manager, relocation assistant or chief-of-staff style operator for a founder, executive, family office or high-trust private client. **Structure:** Initial paid trial: $800/ month for whatsapp adhoc tasks, taking my calls and being availablef or chat Hours: flexible, starting part-time with potential to become full-time Location: remote initially, with potential in-person support depending on city Compensation: based on experience and availability Please apply with a short note explaining your background, your city, your availability, and an example of a time you helped someone organise a complex life or business transition.
