Founding Executive Operations Partner

Part-Time to Start (20–30 hrs/week) Long-Term Growth Potential I’m looking for an exceptionally organized, proactive, emotionally intelligent operations partner to help me build a new hospitality and community-focused company from the ground up. The company is called My Family Camp — an elevated family camp experience centered around connection, belonging, childhood magic, emotional warmth, and frictionless hospitality for modern families. This is NOT a traditional virtual assistant role. I am a highly entrepreneurial, visionary thinker who moves quickly, generates ideas constantly, and needs someone exceptional who can help operationalize, organize, structure, track, and maintain momentum across many moving pieces. I need someone who genuinely enjoys: * creating systems * organizing information * building structure * tracking details * following through * anticipating needs * helping a founder stay accountable * turning ideas into action You should be the type of person who naturally thinks: “Here’s how we can organize this better.” About the Role You will help me: * organize projects and timelines * manage task tracking and follow-ups * create structure around ideas and planning * coordinate vendors and freelancers * organize research and documents * maintain systems and workflows * build SOPs and operational processes * help operationalize hospitality/event planning * manage scheduling and logistics * summarize meetings and voice notes * proactively identify next steps * help create operational infrastructure for a growing hospitality/community brand This role requires someone who is: * highly organized * proactive * responsive * detail-oriented * calm under ambiguity * resourceful * emotionally intelligent * accountable * an excellent communicator * comfortable owning tasks independently You do NOT need to have perfect credentials.
