Our purpose is to help traders understand: The dominant market drivers The current macro regime Base-case scenarios Confirmation and invalidation conditions Central-bank policy divergence Positioning, sentiment and market mispricing What matters most across FX markets We are looking for a highly experienced, hands-on fintech growth marketer who can help take MorfeusPro from an early-stage startup to a serious subscription business. The Role We are looking for a part-time Founding Head of Growth who can own both strategy and execution. This is not a role for someone who only produces strategy documents, gives generic advice or delegates everything to junior staff. You should be able to understand the product deeply, build the growth system, execute experiments and coordinate any specialist support required. The initial objectives are: Reach the first 100 retained paying subscribers Build a repeatable customer-acquisition system Improve positioning, messaging and conversion Develop partnerships with brokers, prop firms, trading media and relevant creators Create a credible path toward 1,000+ active monthly subscribers Build a marketing system that is compliant, measurable and commercially sustainable What You Will Own Positioning and strategy Define the strongest initial customer segment Refine MorfeusPro’s positioning and category Turn complex product capabilities into a clear customer promise Develop the first-100 and first-1,000 subscriber strategy Identify the highest-probability markets, channels and offers Customer acquisition Build and manage the full acquisition funnel Develop paid-media strategy across Meta, Google, YouTube or other relevant channels Create campaign angles, briefs and testing plans Improve landing-page conversion Establish CAC, LTV and payback targets Build retargeting and remarketing systems Track acquisition by channel and cohort Organic growth and content Develop founder-led content strategy Create content pillars for traders and macro-focused audiences Direct short-form video, educational content and product demonstrations Build a repeatable content-distribution system Help gain credibility without using exaggerated financial claims Partnerships and business development Build relationships with brokers, prop firms, trading educators, communities and financial-media platforms Develop partnership offers and outreach systems Identify affiliate, referral, embedded-distribution and B2B opportunities Support negotiations and commercial proposals Make warm introductions where genuine relationships exist Funnel, onboarding and retention Review the full signup, onboarding and subscription experience Improve visitor-to-registration conversion Improve activation and time-to-value Build email onboarding and lifecycle campaigns Reduce churn and improve subscriber retention Define the actions that predict long-term subscriber value Analytics and reporting Set up or improve tracking and attribution Build a simple weekly growth dashboard Track paid subscribers, CAC, activation, trial conversion, churn and retention Report what is working, what is failing and what should be tested next Required Experience You must have meaningful experience in at least one of the following industries: Fintech FX or CFD brokerage Prop trading Trading technology Financial subscriptions Investment research platforms Financial education Crypto or payments B2C SaaS Strong preference will be given to candidates who have previously worked with: FX brokers Prop firms Trading platforms Fintech startups Subscription products Financial-media brands You May Be a Strong Fit If You Have Built or scaled an early-stage fintech or subscription product Managed customer acquisition for brokers, prop firms or trading platforms Reduced CAC or improved funnel conversion Built paid-media systems in regulated financial categories Experience with Meta, Google, YouTube, CRM and lifecycle marketing Experience developing broker, prop-firm, media or affiliate partnerships Strong understanding of trader psychology Experience converting complex products into simple, powerful messaging The ability to work directly with a founder A hands-on and commercially accountable working style This Role Is Not a Fit If You only offer generic social-media management You have no fintech, trading or financial-product experience You focus only on impressions, followers or low-quality leads You promise guaranteed revenue or guaranteed subscriber numbers You cannot show measurable case studies You expect a large team to execute every part of your strategy You recommend bypassing advertising-platform restrictions You cannot work within an early-stage startup budget You want a long-term contract before proving fit
