We’re a small team looking to add a founding SDR to build our outbound engine from the ground up. This starts as a paid contract/trial with a path to full-time if it’s a strong fit and we see ROI We’re a consulting business that helps finance firms (private equity, investors, etc) build high-quality datasets on companies across industries. This role is for someone who can run outbound end-to-end—especially early on using our lead lists and tools. You will be responsible for: • Outbound strategy + positioning: craft messaging that resonates with targets • Email cadences: write, build, iterate, and improve sequences (multi-touch, multi-channel) • Cold calling: call through targeted lists and develop a repeatable script/approach • Lead qualification: identify real interest and route qualified opportunities to our team You should be a proven SDR who is comfortable operating with a lot of autonomy. Strong fit if you: • Are confident cold calling business owners (not just SaaS prospects) • Can write clear, direct copy without sounding spammy • Track your activity and results and iterate quickly • Are organized, consistent, and comfortable being the “first one” in the function Bonus points if you have: • Experience in private equity, M&A, investment banking, wealth management, or selling into finance • Familiarity with owner psychology (timing, retirement, burnout, growth plateau, partner disputes, etc.) Hourly pay with success based commission too.
