Fractional CFO — DTC E-Commerce Brand Portfolio

Post: We operate a portfolio of DTC e-commerce brands (supplements, beauty, apparel) running on Shopify + QuickBooks Online. We're looking for a fractional CFO to own the financial layer as we scale. What you'll do: — Own monthly close, P&L, and cash flow forecasting across multiple brand entities — Build and maintain unit economics by brand and — SKU (COGS, contribution margin, blended CAC/POAS) — Clean up and standardize inter-entity accounting and inventory/PO reconciliation — Deliver a monthly CFO package: what's working, what's bleeding, what to do next — Advise on capital allocation across brands and on financing/lending options You should have: — CFO or controller experience with e-commerce/DTC (multi-brand or holdco a strong plus) — Fluency in QuickBooks Online and Shopify data — Comfort with inventory-heavy, ad-driven businesses — you understand ROAS, MER, and contribution margin, not just GAAP Strong spreadsheet/modeling skills; bonus for SQL or BI tooling
