Fractional CFO / Healthcare Financial Consultant

Growing Primary Care Practice | Remote | Project-Based with Ongoing Monthly Advisory About Us Lifetime Primary Care is an independent, growing primary care practice committed to delivering exceptional patient care while building a highly efficient, financially healthy business. We are looking for an experienced healthcare finance professional to help us improve profitability, optimize operations, and build the financial systems needed to support long-term growth. This is not a bookkeeping or tax preparation role. We're looking for a strategic partner who can identify opportunities to reduce costs, improve margins, and provide data-driven recommendations. Project Objectives During the initial engagement, you will: * Conduct a comprehensive financial health assessment * Review our Profit & Loss statements and Balance Sheet * Analyze cash flow and working capital * Identify opportunities to reduce operating expenses * Evaluate staffing and payroll efficiency * Review software subscriptions and vendor contracts * Assess pricing and profitability across our service lines * Recommend strategies to improve profit margins * Develop executive-level dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs) * Build a practical financial model to support decision-making * Create a prioritized 90-day action plan with estimated financial impact Areas of Analysis Experience analyzing businesses with multiple revenue streams is preferred. Examples include: * Primary care office visits * Membership-based services * Telehealth * IV hydration therapy * Weight management programs * Laboratory services * Ancillary wellness services Deliverables At the conclusion of the project, we expect: * Executive summary of findings * Top cost-saving opportunities (ranked by impact) * Profitability analysis by service line * Cash flow forecast * Monthly KPI dashboard * Budget recommendations * Pricing recommendations * Payroll and staffing analysis * Vendor and software audit * Financial risks and growth opportunities * 90-day implementation roadmap Preferred Qualifications * Experience serving physician practices or healthcare organizations * Background as a Fractional CFO, Finance Director, FP&A Manager, or Healthcare Financial Consultant * Strong financial modeling and forecasting skills * Experience improving operating margins * Ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-financial leaders * Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills * Experience with QuickBooks Online or similar accounting systems Bonus Experience * Primary care * Concierge medicine * Direct Primary Care (DPC) * Medical practice operations * Revenue cycle management * Healthcare analytics or business intelligence * Dashboard creation (Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, etc.) To Apply Please include: 1.
