Fractional CFO / Strategic Finance Lead for High-Growth Mobility & Logistics Startup

We are building a luxury ride-share and security-focused mobility platform currently operating in Florida, and we are looking for a Fractional CFO to help lead financial strategy as we scale. This is not a basic bookkeeping role — we are looking for someone who can operate at a strategic level, support fundraising, and help structure the financial backbone of a high-growth company. ⸻ Scope of Work The ideal candidate will assist with: • Financial modeling (projections, unit economics, growth scenarios) • Business valuation and investor positioning • Fundraising support (pitch deck financials, investor conversations, strategy) • Oversight of bookkeeping and financial organization • Tax strategy and preparation (U.S.-based, Florida-specific considerations) • Cash flow planning and burn rate management • KPI tracking and financial reporting • Structuring financial systems for scale • INVESTOR DECK , CIM, VALUATIONS ⸻ Company Context We are building a platform that combines: • Luxury transportation • Security-enhanced mobility (drivers, guards, escorts) • Subscription-based ride tiers • Marketplace dynamics (multi-role providers) We are approaching launch phase and preparing for capital raise, so this role is critical in shaping how the business is positioned financially. ⸻ Ideal Candidate • Experience as a CFO or Fractional CFO for startups (preferably marketplace, mobility, fintech, or logistics) • Strong background in fundraising and investor relations • Deep understanding of financial modeling for high-growth companies • Experience with Stripe-based revenue systems and marketplace payouts (preferred) • Knowledge of U.S. tax strategy and compliance • Ability to think strategically, not just execute tasks ⸻ Engagement Details • Part-time / Fractional (ongoing) • Remote • Flexible hours, but responsive communication required • Opportunity to grow into a long-term strategic role ⸻ To Apply Please include: 1.
