Fractional CFO for Ingredient Supplier & Beverage Startup

Fractional CFO for 2 companies (Food Ingredient Supply + High-Growth Beverage Startup) We are seeking an experienced Fractional CFO to work directly with the owner of two complementary companies. This is a strategic, long-term engagement for someone who enjoys both optimizing an established business and helping build a venture-scale consumer brand. The ideal candidate has experience with middle-market operating companies, consumer packaged goods (CPG), and high-growth startups. Experience preparing companies for institutional investors, banking relationships, and operational scaling is highly preferred. Company #1 – Established Food Ingredient Supplier A profitable, established food ingredient sourcing and distribution company serving customers throughout North America. The business has an experienced team, strong customer relationships, and is focused on improving operational excellence while scaling past $50mm in annual revenue. Responsibilities * Develop executive dashboards and meaningful KPIs * Improve cash flow forecasting and working capital management * Build financial models and scenario planning * Establish best practices for budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting * Review sales commission structures and payment processes * Improve profitability analysis by customer, product, and salesperson * Advise on financing options and banking relationships * Help create scalable financial processes to support future growth * Serve as a strategic thought partner to ownership Company #2 – Beverage CPG Startup A rapidly growing beverage brand focused on scaling nationally. The company intends to build for significant growth and ultimately raise outside investment.
