# Fractional CMO / Growth Marketing Strategist ### GCC Events, Exhibitions, Creative Technology & AI-Powered Operations ## Overview KayanLive is a next-generation event execution, exhibitions, and creative technology company serving government, semi-government, and enterprise clients across the GCC. Our company combines event management expertise, experiential design, creative technology, engineering coordination, and AI-powered operational intelligence to help organizations plan and execute complex projects with greater visibility, control, and efficiency. We are currently building our long-term marketing ecosystem and have already engaged a dedicated content strategist responsible for social media content, newsletters, articles, thought leadership content, and email campaigns. We are now seeking a senior Fractional CMO / Growth Marketing Strategist to help us develop the overall marketing, authority-building, and demand generation framework that will support KayanLive's growth over the coming years. This is a strategic consulting engagement, not a content writing, social media management, SEO, or advertising role. --- ## Initial Engagement Structure The selected consultant will first be engaged on a one-time strategic project. Duration: 4–6 weeks The objective of this project is to: * Assess strategic fit. * Understand KayanLive's positioning and market opportunity. * Build a complete marketing and growth framework. * Establish measurable business development objectives. * Develop a roadmap that aligns content, authority-building, and lead generation. Upon successful completion of the strategic project, KayanLive may consider an ongoing advisory retainer relationship. The advisory engagement would be discussed separately based on performance, business needs, and mutual fit. --- ## Company Vision Our ambition is to position KayanLive as one of the leading event execution, creative technology, and AI-powered operational intelligence companies across the GCC. Marketing Strategy Development Develop KayanLive's overall marketing strategy including: * Brand positioning refinement. * Competitive differentiation. * Audience segmentation. * Market opportunities. * Strategic messaging framework. * Marketing priorities and channel recommendations. --- ### 2. Demand Generation Framework Design a demand generation strategy that converts authority and visibility into measurable business opportunities. This should include: * Buyer journey mapping. * Lead generation opportunities. * Content-to-conversion framework. * Lead nurturing recommendations. * Funnel architecture. * Opportunity generation recommendations. --- ### 3. Thought Leadership & Executive Branding Develop a framework for positioning company leadership as recognized industry voices. This should include: * Executive positioning strategy. * LinkedIn authority-building recommendations. * Thought leadership themes. * Industry visibility opportunities. * Speaking and PR recommendations. * Leadership content framework. --- ### 4. Authority Building Strategy Develop recommendations for positioning KayanLive as a leading authority in the GCC market. This may include: * Industry reports. * Market commentary. * Research initiatives. * Strategic partnerships. * Industry influence opportunities. * Authority-building campaigns. --- ### 5. Case Study & Sales Enablement Framework Develop a methodology for transforming project experience into sales and marketing assets. Including: * Case study structure. * Project prioritization. * Sales enablement recommendations. * Repurposing opportunities across marketing channels. --- ### 6. KPI & Measurement Framework Define measurable success metrics and reporting recommendations. Examples: * Qualified leads. * Meeting requests. * Opportunity pipeline. * Proposal requests. * Capability deck downloads. * Newsletter growth. * Website engagement. * Thought leadership visibility. * RFP invitations. * Marketing contribution to revenue. --- ### 7.
