Fractional CMO for U.S. Nonprofit / Health-Tech Project

We are looking for a (ideally Russian-speaking, but not mandatory) fractional CMO / senior marketing lead to take ownership of marketing strategy and execution for a U.S.-focused nonprofit health-tech project. The platform helps patients, caregivers, physicians, and healthcare organizations navigate access to treatment-related programs and resources. Because this is a sensitive medical/nonprofit space, we need someone with relevant experience and strong judgment around healthcare messaging. Role You will own marketing direction and help execute priority initiatives across positioning, content, SEO, outreach, partnerships, and lightweight campaign planning. This is a hands-on strategic role — not just consulting. We need someone who can help decide what matters, create a practical plan, and move work forward each week. Responsibilities * Build a practical marketing roadmap with limited budget * Improve positioning, messaging, and conversion paths * Lead content and SEO strategy * Support outreach to patient/community organizations, clinics, nonprofits, and partners * Help coordinate PR, backlinks, partnerships, and awareness campaigns * Support Google Ad Grants / paid search strategy if relevant * Track KPIs and provide clear recommendations * Work with our team to make sure marketing tasks are executed Requirements * Strong English writing and communication skills * Experience marketing to the U.S. market * Similar experience in nonprofit, healthcare, health-tech, biotech, pharma, clinical trials, patient advocacy, or another sensitive/regulated space * Strong strategy, positioning, content, SEO, and growth experience * Hands-on execution ability * Comfortable working with a limited budget * Proactive, organized, and accountable * Russian language is a huge benefit as the team is majorly russian-speaking Commitment * 10–15 hours per week to start * Remote * Long-term potential * Budget-conscious nonprofit environment To Apply Please include: 1.
