About Us SOS Digital Marketing is a performance marketing agency based in Southern California specializing in: * SEO & Local SEO * Google Ads * YouTube Ads * HubSpot Implementation & Automation * Website Development * AEO/GEO (AI Search Optimization) * Revenue Attribution & ROI Tracking We’ve grown to approximately $1M+ in annual revenue and are entering our next stage of growth. We’re investing heavily in systems, AI, automation, and building a business that can scale beyond founder dependency. We’re looking for a Fractional COO / Integrator who wants to become a true strategic partner in helping us build the systems, structure, and accountability necessary to reach the next level. This is not a typical project management role. We want someone who genuinely enjoys learning how agencies operate, understands the challenges of scaling a service business, and wants to help create a company that can eventually run with less day-to-day founder involvement. Who We’re Looking For Ideally, you have: * Experience operating or running a digital marketing agency * Previous COO, Integrator, Operations Director, or General Manager experience * Strong knowledge of agency workflows, delivery systems, client services, and team management * Experience implementing systems, SOPs, KPIs, accountability structures, and operational processes * Familiarity with EOS, Buy Back Your Time, or similar operational frameworks * Experience with project management platforms such as ClickUp, Asana, Teamwork, or Monday * Interest and experience with AI tools, automation, and building agentic workflows We value someone who is: * Hands-on and execution-oriented * Strategic but practical * Calm under pressure * Proactive rather than reactive * Comfortable challenging assumptions and holding accountability * Interested in building a long-term relationship rather than simply completing tasks The Role You’ll work directly with the founder to help: Operational Leadership * Build systems and processes that support scalable growth * Create accountability frameworks and KPIs * Improve team communication and execution * Reduce founder dependency across the organization * Document and optimize recurring workflows Team & Project Management * Help facilitate leadership meetings * Ensure priorities are being executed * Maintain visibility into key projects and bottlenecks * Support project managers and department leaders * Create clear ownership and accountability structures Strategic Planning * Assist with quarterly and annual planning * Help prioritize initiatives and resource allocation * Identify operational constraints and recommend solutions * Support implementation of AI and automation initiatives Agency Growth & Scale * Help build an agency that can grow without increasing founder complexity * Create repeatable systems for sales, onboarding, fulfillment, and reporting * Support leadership development within the organization * Help us think several years ahead, not just one quarter at a time Current Tools Experience with some of these is helpful: * HubSpot * ClickUp * Google Workspace * Looker Studio * WhatConverts * WordPress * Webflow * Claude * ChatGPT * AI automation tools and workflows Engagement Details * Fractional role (approximately 10–20 hours per week to start) * Flexible schedule * Potential for a long-term relationship * Opportunity to grow with the business over time To Apply Please answer the following: 1.
