Summary

We’re building a new premium personal-care brand and are looking for a hands-on Fractional CPG Product Launch Lead to help take the concept from idea to real samples, manufacturer quotes, prototypes, packaging, and first production planning. This is a practical execution role, not just strategy. We need someone who can source vendors, manage samples, compare MOQs/pricing, coordinate packaging, and help us make smart go/no-go decisions before placing a production order. Responsibilities Turn the product concept into a manufacturer-ready brief Source and contact qualified contract manufacturers and packaging partners Request samples, quotes, MOQs, timelines, and capabilities Coordinate prototype development and sample testing Build a simple cost and margin model Manage communication between founder, vendors, designers, legal, and regulatory partners Create a clear 90-day roadmap from concept to first production plan Ideal Background Experience in personal care, beauty, wellness, hygiene, hospitality amenities, home goods, or premium CPG. You should understand contract manufacturing, packaging development, vendor sourcing, product samples, first production runs, and early-stage consumer product launches. Engagement Fractional or project-based. Estimated 10–25 hours/week for 90 days, with potential to continue through launch.
