Location: Remote (Australia / UK /USA) Contract Type: Ongoing Fixed Weekly Contract About Me I'm the founder and owner of Dust & Bullets Western, one of Australia's fastest growing size inclusive western clothing brands. Alongside growing the business, I'm also building my personal brand by documenting the reality of entrepreneurship, motherhood, business ownership and behind the scenes life. I don't need someone to create content. I film my own content, have a photographer, work with an editor and can execute quickly. What I need is someone who can become my strategic marketing partner and help me make better decisions. This is NOT a Social Media Manager role. I'm not looking for someone to: • Reply to comments • Schedule posts • Edit videos • Design graphics • Film content I'm looking for someone who understands strategy. Someone who can look at the data, understand the customer journey, identify opportunities and tell me exactly what we should be creating next. Your Role You will oversee the marketing strategy for both: • Dust & Bullets Western (Ecommerce Fashion Brand) • My Personal Brand Your role is to create the strategy while I focus on execution. Your Responsibilities Weekly Strategy Meeting Every week we'll meet on Zoom for approximately 60 minutes. During this meeting we'll review: • Previous week's content performance • Sales performance • Website analytics • Meta insights • Instagram & TikTok analytics • What's converting • What's not working • Upcoming launches • Seasonal opportunities • Australian ecommerce trends • Competitor activity Every Week You Will Deliver ( A WEEK AHEAD) • Weekly content strategy for both brands • A clear filming plan • Caption drafts • Hooks • Call to actions • Story ideas • Carousel concepts • Marketing calendar updates • Launch strategy recommendations • Promotional campaign ideas • Trend research • Content opportunities based on current Australian trends • Analytics summary with recommendations for improvement Everything should be organised inside a shared our planning marketing calander. I want to wake up every Monday knowing exactly what content needs to be filmed that week for the weeks ahead.
