Summary

We are a growing boutique commercial real estate brokerage in the Northeast seeking an experienced commercial real estate professional to serve as a strategic advisor, coach, and growth partner. This is not a traditional sales position. We’re looking for someone who has built, managed, or helped grow a successful commercial brokerage and enjoys mentoring agents, improving systems, increasing accountability, and helping create a high-performing sales organization. This is a long-term freelance opportunity with flexible hours for the right individual. What You’ll Help Us Build Our goal is to create a respected, high-performance commercial brokerage built around outstanding client service, collaboration, accountability, and agent development. You’ll work directly with ownership to help strengthen every aspect of the brokerage, including: * Coaching and mentoring commercial real estate agents * Building a recruiting strategy and improving agent onboarding * Developing sales processes, accountability systems, and KPIs * Leading or participating in virtual sales meetings and coaching sessions * Helping agents move deals forward and think strategically * Improving CRM utilization, pipeline management, and business development activities * Assisting with commercial marketing strategy and listing presentation best practices * Creating scalable systems that support long-term brokerage growth * Serving as a trusted advisor to ownership as we continue building the company Ideal Background We’re looking for someone who has experience in several of the following: * 10+ years in commercial real estate * Experience managing or growing a commercial brokerage or sales team * Proven success recruiting, coaching, or mentoring agents * Strong understanding of investment sales, leasing, and commercial brokerage operations * Experience creating sales accountability systems and performance metrics * Comfortable working remotely and collaborating with leadership * Excellent communication and leadership skills A current U.S. real estate license is required. Experience in New York commercial real estate is a strong plus, but not required. Designations such as CCIM, SIOR, CPM, or similar are welcomed but not required.
